Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation processes for digital products, in-app purchases and subscriptions in BaşkanOnline: GO depend on the purchase channel.

General Principle

  • In-app purchase refunds/cancellations are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically.
  • Cancellation is managed by the user through the app store account.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal, not the current billing period.

Apple / Google Purchases

  • Refund requests are evaluated by the store provider (Apple/Google).
  • Use order history and official store support channels.
  • BaşkanOnline: GO support cannot directly override store refund decisions.

Nature of Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

  • BaşkanGold, BaşkanCash, packs, VIP and other in-game content are digital content delivered to your account as soon as payment is confirmed; delivery completes performance.
  • By confirming a purchase you agree to immediate delivery. Under applicable consumer law (e.g. Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately.
  • In-game currencies and content cannot be exchanged for real money, refunded by us or transferred outside the account.

After a Store Refund or Chargeback

  • If a purchase is refunded by Apple, Google or a payment provider, or charged back, the content granted by that purchase is removed from the account.
  • If the content has already been spent, its equivalent is deducted from the account balance: BaşkanGold first, then BaşkanCash at the in-game exchange rate. The balance may become negative.
  • Rankings, rewards, offices and other advantages obtained with refunded content may be revoked or cancelled.
  • The account may be suspended until the refunded amount is paid; it may be reopened after payment.

Refund Abuse

  • Requesting a store refund after buying and using content is refund abuse and a violation of the terms of use.
  • BaşkanOnline: GO is an online multiplayer game; an advantage gained with refunded content harms other players who paid for theirs.
  • In cases of refund abuse the account may be restricted, suspended or permanently closed; all legal rights to claim resulting damages are reserved.

Information Shared with Stores

  • When Apple or Google asks while reviewing a refund request, delivery and usage information about the purchased content (such as delivery time, whether it was used, and account play time) may be shared with the store.

Unauthorized Transactions

  • Contact Apple/Google support channels.
  • Change your account password for security.
