Fictional Content

• Cities, armies, wars, parties, elections, offices and events in the game are fictional and have no connection to real persons, institutions, political parties or states.
• In-game scenarios and texts are for entertainment purposes.

Community Rules

• Insults, threats, hate speech, spam and illegal content are prohibited.
• Cheats, bots, exploits, refund abuse and service-disrupting behavior are prohibited.
• Content removal, restrictions or bans may be applied for rule violations.

Virtual Content and Purchases

• In-game currencies and content are a limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use them in the game; they remain the property of BaşkanOnline: GO and have no monetary value.
• Purchased content is delivered at the time of payment. In case of a store refund, chargeback or refund abuse, the measures in the Refund Policy apply.
• No refund is given for remaining in-game balances or content of accounts restricted or closed for rule violations.

Online Competition

• Rankings, elections, offices and rewards are based on real-time competition between players.
• Advantages obtained through cheating, exploits or refunded content may be revoked, including rankings, rewards, offices and election results.

Online Interaction and User Content

• The game includes online messaging and community interaction.
• Users are responsible for the content they create.
• Moderation actions may be applied for security and community order.

Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use of BaşkanOnline: GO brand assets, visuals, UI, software and content is prohibited.

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

• Google, Apple, Firebase and similar services are governed by their own terms.

EULA and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.
• Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively cancel the current period.
